If the public caption track cannot be read, BES123 attempts to obtain the public video audio through TikWM and recognizes speech locally in your browser with Whisper. First use downloads a speech model; keep the page open. Maximum 5 minutes and 12 MB. The resolver can be rate limited or unavailable. Speech recognition may make mistakes or generate text during music or silence; review results. There is no translation or OCR.

Reporting a link problem
Include the public video link, the exact error message, your browser name and the interface language. A video having captions in the TikTok app does not guarantee that its caption track can be read by this website. We do not promise a response time or a fix for every public link.
Reporting a subtitle-file problem
Tell us the file format, approximate file size and error message. You can first reproduce the problem using a short, non-sensitive sample. Do not send private transcripts, account passwords or access tokens.
Other questions
For requests concerning a support message, identify the message and describe the request without adding unnecessary personal data. BES123 cannot modify or remove a TikTok creator’s original video; requests about that content should be directed to the creator or platform.
