Current audio fallback

If the public caption track cannot be read, BES123 attempts to obtain the public video audio through TikWM and recognizes speech locally in your browser with Whisper. First use downloads a speech model; keep the page open. Maximum 5 minutes and 12 MB. The resolver can be rate limited or unavailable. Speech recognition may make mistakes or generate text during music or silence; review results. There is no translation or OCR.

Authorized content

Use BES123 only with content you are entitled to access and process. A video being publicly visible does not by itself give you permission to republish its transcript. Check applicable creator permissions and platform requirements before reusing text.

Tool scope

The current tool extracts an existing, accessible caption track or converts a supported subtitle file to text. It does not guarantee public-link availability, completeness, accuracy or continued compatibility with TikTok. Captions may contain errors. Review the original source before relying on the result.

Reasonable use

Do not submit private credentials, attempt to bypass access controls or use the service to send automated high-volume requests. Do not treat the interface as an open proxy or a source of permission to use someone else’s work.
