If the public caption track cannot be read, BES123 attempts to obtain the public video audio through TikWM and recognizes speech locally in your browser with Whisper. First use downloads a speech model; keep the page open. Maximum 5 minutes and 12 MB. The resolver can be rate limited or unavailable. Speech recognition may make mistakes or generate text during music or silence; review results. There is no translation or OCR.
BES123 is an independent browser-based utility hosted at bes123.com. It helps turn an available TikTok caption track, or an existing subtitle file, into plain text that can be copied or downloaded.
What is available
The tool checks public TikTok webpages for readable caption resources. It also parses supported SRT, VTT and caption JSON files locally in the browser. The interface is available in ten languages. Caption output follows the source text, rather than the selected interface language.
What is not available
The current version can recognize speech locally in the browser when audio is accessible; it does not perform OCR, translate transcripts or access private videos. Public-link extraction depends on information TikTok makes accessible and cannot be guaranteed for every video.
